The Bloodless Reign is an organization headed by a royal family now known as the Bloodless that acts as a stand in for the ruling class. They were very closely intertwined with the powerful Praxian Empire and are now the primary keepers of Praxian artifacts, lore, and other remnants of the now-lost empire. The Bloodless, originally having the family name of Danuye, once firmly seated amidst the noble classes of the Marked Satyr in trade, diplomacy, and other dealings, have mastered the arts of politics and leadership.

Though focused primarily on softer matters (lending to their namesake), the Bloodless are not without their martial prowess. The Praxians, famed for their weaponsmithing, bred many notable warriors and the close relationship of the Danuye family guaranteed the tools and trades of battle would be transferred through either need or sheer integration and proximity. It is this relationship between the Praxians and Danuye that led to the royal family receiving the unmatched gift to wield the spiritblade. In the hands of a scion of Danuye, the spiritblade is able to trap the souls of its victim. It is in this manner that the Danuye came to be known as the Bloodless.

Since the fall of the Praxian Empire, the Bloodless rallied into a political organization with other masters of royal dealings to form the Bloodless Reign, who now sits in for empires and other organizations to run them in the ruling class' stead to guarantee the health, stability, and success of their charge. The Bloodless Reign have accepted simple compensation in the form of gold or other materials to do this work, but it is known that they prefer to have other (often secret) reasons for accepting the responsibility. Presently, the Bloodless Reign is most notably known for its stewardship of the Kingdom of Erenniay. The Bloodless Reign also holds the secrets to the Rite of the First Ascendance.
